Corporate Employee Shirt Size Calculator

Balanced gender mix, smaller 2XL/3XL tail. Built for white-collar offices and professional-services teams.

Office teams need a different size mix than trades - more S-L, smaller tail. This calculator starts there and lets you tune the female % to match your specific team. Plug in headcount, get a per-size order with the right cushion baked in.

Why these numbers
  • Using the Corporate office preset — curve calibrated for white-collar offices with a trimmed tail.
  • Balanced at 45% female, which pushes the curve toward L–XL.
  • Tail bias of 0.80× trims the 2XL/3XL share for this workforce.
  • No replacement cushion — order matches headcount exactly.
  • Total = headcount × (1 + 0%) replacement cushion.

Frequently asked

How is a corporate office size distribution different?
Roughly balanced gender mix and a smaller 2XL/3XL tail than blue-collar or hybrid workforces. Demand concentrates in S-XL.
Should I order more S-M for a corporate office?
Yes - relative to a trades audience. The calculator does this for you when you pick the corporate preset, but you can tune the female % if your office skews different than 50/50.
What about a hybrid office with some warehouse staff?
Use the Mixed Employee calculator instead - it expects a blended workforce and gives the female % slider top billing.
How many extras should I order on top of headcount?
5-10% covers damage, late requests, and new hires showing up between order and arrival. The replacement % slider controls this.
